Krista Knuffman Chief Discovery Officer Our Principal: The founder and president of Great Questions, LLC is Krista Knuffman. Her career has consistently focused on discovery, learning, and growth for individuals, groups, and organizations. She helps companies discover the answers they need to move forward more confidently and effectively. Krista earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University; a Master of Marketing Research degree from Southern Illinois University; and an M.S. in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of Illinois. In addition, she is professionally trained in focus group moderation, creative ideation and problem solving, and group process facilitation. Krista is currently serving as co-chairperson for the Missouri Chapter of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA). She is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
